I’m Adam Weinert, a slightly obsessive builder on the Central Coast

We’re going to be working together pretty closely on your project, so it’s important to make sure I’m a good fit for you.

In a former life, I was in the luxury boating industry. If there’s one industry that demands excellence, attention to detail and the finest workmanship – that is it.

After I retrained to pursue my passion for carpentry and building, my wife and I moved with our children, trading the rat race of Sydney for the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, where we established our building company W Residential.

The important thing to know about me is that I love the one-on-one service that a small business delivers, but I think big and offer a level of craftsmanship that you simply don’t come across very often.

I personally hand-pick every tradesperson who works with me, I work with a dedicated team who have the same values as me and who also take pride in producing a high standard of work. I particularly enjoy working with mature age apprentices as I appreciate the level of consideration and attention to detail they have in their work.

As a builder, I love working for families who appreciate quality workmanship and know what they want from their new home, kitchen or bathroom. Does that mean high-end and a luxury budget to match? Not at all. I live in the real world and love nothing more than delivering superior quality at a realistic price point.

After years building on the Central Coast, I understand the issues that are important when building in this local area, like using materials that will stand the test of time in a coastal environment. W Residential offers a range of quality building services on the Central Coast including new custom homes, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living, granny flats and bespoke carpentry.
