For W Residential craftsmanship is about having the depth of building skills and artistry to offer you bespoke carpentry, beautiful exposed beams, and the reassurance that even the building work you can’t see is finished to a standard above what other builders offer. We’re a little different, in a good way! Here’s how.

We’re not part of a large company with multiple branches, we’re as much locals as you are! Maybe like you, we moved from Sydney to the Central Coast some years ago, for the family-friendly lifestyle. Plenty of tradespeople do, the difference with us is that we’re not fresh out of builder’s school and keener to head to the surf than worry too much about your building project. We are die-hard perfectionists and genuinely take pride in our building work. To guarantee our focus on craftsmanship, we keep things simple, so the owner of W Residential, Adam Weinert, is your personal contact throughout your building project. He hand-picks every last tradesperson for your project, and with Adam on the job (and he is literally on every job) and you can rest easy that your building project is under control, being completed to exceptional standards and is as important to us as it is to you.
